Özet

Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is usually associated with myocardial infarction and cardiac trauma. It is defined as a rupture of the myocardium contained by adherent pericardium or scar tissue. This report introduces a case with a coronary lesion caused by subtotal occlusion of the ramus intermedius coronary artery and resulting in myocardial infarction with left ventricular pseudoaneurysm. In patients with ventricular aneurysm, ventriculography should be supported by other imaging methods such as multiple-slice computed tomography for correct diagnosis and treatment.
