Femoral artery complications after percutaneous techniques seen more after therapeutic than diagnostic procedures. It can occur at late follow up period in aortic coarctation patients. In this report, we documented a late occurence of femoral artery stenosis after balloon aortoplasty and surgical coarctation repair.
