Positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MR) have been widely used diagnostic methods in the imaging and staging of lung cancer, and the evaluation of distant metastases. In this study, we tried to present a case which has a positive PET involvement in liver but no pathologic finding in MR.
