Özet
We present an infrequent case of a pulmonary artery aneurysm with pulmonary valvular stenosis. A 20 year old male patient having symptoms of dyspnea and fatigue was identified to have pulmonary valvular stenosis and enlargement of the main pulmonary artery on echocardiography. Cardiac catheterization revealed pulmonary artery aneurysm. We applied a novel surgical technique which provides repair of the aneurysm and management of the valvular stenosis with avoidance of pulmonary insufficiency. This technique consists of creation of neosinus by the using a pericardial patch. On postoperative echocardiographic evaluation, pulmonary valve function was normal. This method can be effective and safely performed in such cases.
