CT AND MRI FINDINGS OF PRIMARY DIFFUSE LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA OF THE ADRENAL GLAND

Özet
Imaging findings of an extremely rare case of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of diffuse large B-cell type with bilateral adrenal involvement was reported. Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma could be existed as a mass or enlargement of adrenal glands. A 72-year-old man was admitted to hospital with presenting symptoms of left back pain and two months history of weight loss. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a 75x70 mm solid mass within the left adrenal location. An associated mass was found within the right adrenal gland. Histological examination revealed the diagnosis of primary diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after left adrenalectomy.
