We report a rare case of endometrial adenocarcinoma arising from adenomysis occurred in a 26-year old woman, who had been following by the diagnosis of adenomyosis for 6 years. She came for consultation with irregular vaginal bleeding. Histologic examination confirmed the diagnosis as endometrial adenocarcinoma. We emphasized the rarity and coexistence of these entities in young women.
