TRANSIENT UNILATERAL HORNER’S SYNDROME FOLLOWING LUMBAR EPIDURAL ANALGESIA AFTER SECTIO OPERATION
Şemsi Mustafa AKSOY
Özet
Obstetric anesthesia/analgesia related Horner’s syndrome is a rare, benign, transient, and self-limited condition that generally resolves without permanent neurological deficit. It is usually observed in few hours of regional anesthesia/analgesia. However, its occurrence at very late stages of regional anesthesia/analgesia has not been reported previously. We describe here the first case report that the patient developed lumbar spinal analgesia related HS after 24 hours.
