Aneurysms of the portal venous system are generally benignand asymptomatic lesions. These aneurysms mightbe congenital or acquired. They might be rarely associatedwith some pathologic conditions. This report presentsthe case of a 39-year-old male patient without anycomplaint associated with portal vein aneurysm and briefreview of the literature. Ultrasonography and computedtomography were performed for the diagnosis. Clinicalexamination was shown no abnormality thus, any interventionwas not performed.
