Multiple Thrombi in the Left Atrium, But No Embolic Complication

Özet
A 42-year old woman complaining of dyspnea was diagnosed with rheumatic mitral stenosis and atrial fibrillation. After discontinuation of medical therapy, her symptoms recurred and progressively increased. Images from her echocardiogram demonstrated mitral stenosis and three left atrial echogenic masses suggesting left atrial thrombi.
