Abdominal ultrasound and computed tomography of a 21-year old man, who presented with right flank pain, revealed a large right renal mass. Postoperative histopathological examination revealed the diagnosis as Wilms’ tumor which is rare in adults. Findings are presented and variability of adult nephroblastoma is discussed.
