Özet
Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), a hereditary disease which is characterised by self limited attacks of fever and serositis, is especially common in Mediterranean region. Colchicine is the most effective drug in preventing the recurrent attacks of the disesae. Since it is a rare condition, we present a patient with FMF who had pleural involvement without radiologic findings.
