The pseudo-arthrosis is a rare complication of the clavicle fractures. In addition, arterial complications of pseudoarthrosis presenting as a thoracic outlet syndrome are very rare. In this study, we present a 58-year-old female patient with post-traumatic pseudo-arthrosis of right clavicle causing arterial thoracic outlet syndrome. There was history of trauma, which happens twenty-one years ago. The patient had symptoms of thoracic outlet syndrome as coldness and claudication during use and hyperabduction of the arm. Diagnosis was done through direct radiography and colour-flow Doppler ultrasonography. In operation, the narrow segment of subclavian artery was dilated by Fogarty catheter and arterial flow was established. Pulses of the right arm were palpable. Symptoms and complaints are disappear. The patient was discharged on the third day after surgery and remained asymptomatic for 1 year follow-up after operation.
