Özet

Gliomas among optic pathway lesions are extremely rare in adult population. In this report, we have presented a case of a 55-year-old male who admitted with a two-month history of progressive headache and visual loss. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) suggested a right optic pathway glioma (OPG) extending to optic chiasm. Detailed images of high resolution MRI, a review of the literature and a brief discussion are reported.
